• a port crane with a capacity of up to 5 t
• a railway siding with a capacity of 150 two-axle wagons
• two bulk terminals for loading on vessels / barges / cars / rail wagons
• two terminals for unloading hoppers with side unloading (on intertrack) with the possibility of direct and indirect loading of goods to vessels / barges / cars
• a coal wagon unloading terminal (direct and indirect transhipment)
• three warehouses with a capacity of up to 4 000 t each, separated by concrete partitions, armed with gantry cranes with lifting capacity of up to 5 t
• a warehouse hall with an area of ​​1 500 m² for storage of packaged goods
• storage shelter with an area of ​​660 m²
• storage yards:
  • paved with concrete cubes, with an area of ​​approx. 6 000 m ²
  • dirt and hardened yards with an area of ​​approx. 5 000 m ²
• three points of packaging into big bags from 500 to 1 000 kg with a capacity of 1 000 tonnes per day, directly communicated with warehouses and the wharf
• point packaging into valve bags a’25 kg and a’50 kg on pallets
