THE PHOSPHATE (concrete) QUAY przeznaczone jest przede wszystkim do przeładunku materiałów sypkich. W skład nabrzeża wchodzą m.in.is designed primarily for the handling of loose materials. The quay includes, among others:
- rail siding with a capacity of 100 two-axle cars
two loading points for loading loose materials onto ships / barges / trucks / cars - one unloading point for self-unloading cars with side unloading (on the inter-aisle) with the possibility of direct and indirect handling of goods to ships / barges / trucks
- coal car unloading point (handling in direct and indirect relation)
- three warehouses with a capacity of up to 4000 T each, separated by concrete partitions, armed with gantry cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 5 T
a high-bay warehouse for goods on pallets with 800 pallet spaces - a warehouse with a capacity of 20,000 tons of bulk commodities divided into 4 boxes with a total area of 2,875 m² with access to railroad tracks, quay and packaging facilities
- a warehouse with a capacity of 3,000 tons of bulk commodities with a state-of-the-art fertilizer coating and packaging facility with an area of 1784 m²
- a warehouse with a capacity of 6,000 tons of bulk commodities with an area of 1130 m² with access to railroad tracks and a quay
- storage yards paved with concrete blocks with an area of approximately 6000 m²
- ground storage yards, paved, with an area of about 5000 m²
- four big-bag packaging points from 500 to 1,000 kg with a capacity of 1,200 tons per day, directly connected to the warehouses and the quay
- packaging point for 25 and 50 kg valve bags on pallets
THE PHOSPHATE QUAY – DOLPHINS (DOLPHIN quay) is designed for the handling of liquid materials. The infrastructure of the quay includes
- direct connection to the base of tanks for liquid chemicals with a capacity of 9700 m³ (a total of 7 tanks)
- unloading point for rail and road tankers to the tank base or in direct relation from rail tankers to ships / barges
- point of loading from tank base to rail and road tankers and to ships / barges
- point of direct unloading of ships onto rail and road tankers or onto tank base using ship pumps
- blending of liquid fertilizers onto tank trucks / barges / ships
Rail siding
The rail siding at the Port on the Odra is directly connected with the Szczecin-Glinki station, and is also connected with two quays, warehouses, storage yards and a tank depot. The capacity of the siding is 100 two-axle cars. The siding is equipped with two diesel locomotives. The drivers are authorized to go out on the station tracks.
